Ever since i was a little kid living at my grandparents house i have loved traveling. My grandparents took me everywhere and always somewhere different. Sometimes we would go abroad and other times we would just travel the country. I never cared where we went, i just loved traveling so much and to be doing it with the people i loved was even better. I remember that my granddad had a really beat up car that at first sight didn't look like it would even get to the end of the road let alone take us on holiday but it was fantastic and i don't recall it ever braking down. I always felt safe in that car although at times when it chugged it worried me but it never had any problems sorting itself out.

Because i loved traveling so much and driving around i decided to take a course when i got a bit older with one of the driving instructor courses i had seen while surfing the internet. I thought that joining up with one of the driving instructor courses would be a great chance to see new places. I would be teaching other people to drive from all different places over the country as well as doing something which i liked to do.

I enrolled on to the driving instructor courses and didn't think that i had got a place as it took the company about two months before they contacted me back to ask me to go and have an interview with them. I turned up at the interview to see about another fifty people all there for the same thing. We had our interviews then we were each asked to drive in a car with the instructor in to make sure that we hadn't picked up any bad driving habits. I passed that with flying colors and my interview went perfectly. However, we had to have our eyes tested and hazard training with them and it didn't go as well as expected at all. The driving instructor courses asked me to go around a track that they had on their premises in the car and i had to read number plates that were a little further down the track and i just couldn't read them at all. I had never noticed that my eyes had gotten that bad before which was a huge disappointment to me as i immediately got told that i was not what the company was looking for.
